Hydraulic System:
The lift cylinder is finished by honing to ensure long life of the seal. The
lift jack shaft and pump plunger are hard chromed to make them wear-resistant.
Steering:
Front wheels are used for steering of the truck . A tubular handle is fixed with it
for easy manicuring.
Wheels:
Two lad wheels are of steel, 83mm dia, two steering wheels of cast iron, 203 mm dia.
All wheels are fitted with two ball bearings each.

Frame:
Made of 3.2 mm sheet steel, box type construction, electrically welded,
Forks/platform suitably reinforced by 10mm plates at the requisite points.
Lifting
By jack using hydraulic system, acting vertically. The handle is hinged on a bracket
at the bottom of the jack. The handle is used as a lever for operating the piston
type pump pressurised oil is fed into a lifting cylinder through a control valve
Lowering:
A foot operated pedal is provided for lowering the truck. Pressing of the pedals
releases one of the non-return valves allowing the oil to flow back to the tank and
lowering the jack.
