Hydraulic System:
The lift cylinder is finished by honing to ensure long life of the seal. The lift
jack shaft and pump plunger are hard chromed to make them wear-resistant.
Steering:
Front wheels are used for steering of the truck . A tubular handle is fixed with it
for easy manicuring.
Wheels:
Two lad wheels are of steel, 83mm dia, two steering wheels of cast iron, 203 mm dia.
All wheels are fitted with two ball bearings each.

Lifting
By jack using hydraulic system, acting vertically. The handle is hinged on a bracket
at the bottom of the jack. The handle is used as a lever for operating the piston
type pump pressurised oil is fed into a lifting cylinder through a control valve
Lowering:
A foot operated pedal is provided for lowering the truck. Pressing of the pedals
releases one of the non-return valves allowing the oil to flow back to the tank and
lowering the jack.
